SHIELDED METAL ARC WELDING

A short TESDA course in the Philippines that will train you in welding carbon steel plate and pipe components as specified by layout, blueprints, diagrams, work order, welding procedure or oral instructions using shielded metal arc welding equipment

Sign up for the SMAW online registration and Screening by following the link bit.ly/cfbsmawscreening.

It will lead you to a google form where we will collect basic data to know if you qualify for the Scholarship programs being provided.

Submit your requirements

-PSO / PSA Certificate (Photocopy)
-TOR(Transcript of Records) / FORM 137 (Photocopy)
-Diploma / ALS Certificate (Photocopy)
-Marriage Certificate (If married)
-4 pcs Passport Size ID Picture (White background, formal attire and nameplate)
-4 pcs 1x1 ID Picture
-ID scanned
-Long Brown Envelope
Submit the complete requirements at our Office during Mondays to Saturdays from 1pm to 4pm. We are located at 3F Lucky fortune bldg. Lot 13A Blk31 Cor. Camaro St. Fairview, Quezon City.

Qualified applicants will proceed to enrollment

After passing the application for scholarship, you will need to create an account for the BSRS (Biometric-enabled Scholarship Registration System) in order to formally enroll to the program which our admission officer will guide you.
